The club is a leader in the Golf Industry, offering an 18-hole Par 72 Graham Marsh designed golf course, driving range, practice facility, coaching centre and 18 hole mini golf. Emerald Lakes Golf Club is seeking the appointment of a Golf Course Foreman (3IC) to join our dynamic team. The Golf Course Foreman will assist in the management of all aspects of maintenance and development of the golf course and grounds, reporting directly to the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. Necessary Skills Excellent communication and proven leadership skills High attention to detail Comprehensive knowledge of turf management & machinery operation Sound knowledge of turf pest and disease identification and control measures Experienced in chemical and fertiliser applications Experienced in irrigation scheduling and repairs will be highly advantageous Strong understanding of the game of golf The ability to commit to full time hours with rostered weekend shifts Strong understanding of WHS and Environmental regulations Necessary Qualifications Certificate III or Diploma in Sports Turf Management (Greenkeeping) Current ACDC Certification Hold & maintain Australian driver's license Current First Aid Certificate The successful applicant will receive above award wages, discounted staff meals and the ability to be a part of a progressive and dynamic team.
