Munster is a well-established organisation providing engineering, construction & maintenance services to a number of industries including industrial plants, water & waste water treatment plants and pumpstations. Due to our steady growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work on Brisbane's Southside, Northside, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast we are currently seeking experienced workshop Based Pipefitter/Pipe welders. We Require: 3 x Workshop Pipefitters/Pipe welders The roles: Trade qualified boilermakers essential with experience in MIG & TIG Welding Stainless Steel pipework and structural frames required. To be successful in this role you will need: To be physically fit. Able to MIG & TIG weld to a high standard, including Stainless Steel purging. Experience MIG & TIG Welding Stainless-steel sheet metal, pipes and tubes in accordance with AS1554. Able to Fabricate to tight tolerances. Pipe Fabrication Knowledge Must be able to pass 6g Weld Test The ability to read and interpret isometric and workshop drawings. Ability to work with computers i.e. ipads or tablets. Good reading, numeracy, communication and problem solving skills. Operate forklift, dogman/rigger, Ewp and scissor lift: tickets would be highly thought of. Ability to work as part of a team and in a safe manner. Aluminium and Mild Steel welding experience highly thought of but not essential.
