About the Role: The EL1 Remuneration Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the department’s global salary analysis model and delivering annual remuneration reviews across its international workforce. The role requires advanced analytical and technical skills, as well as the ability to deliver clear, defensible, and strategic remuneration advice to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver annual remuneration reviews across 100 international offices. Maintain and enhance the global remuneration analysis model (Excel/PowerQuery). Manage procurement and integration of market data from external providers. Provide strategic remuneration and HR advice to executives and stakeholders. Engage virtually with international offices to incorporate local economic context into decision-making. Ensure documentation and audit compliance of remuneration decisions and modelling. Collaborate with internal and external experts to resolve complex remuneration issues. Key Deliverables Month 1: Review and enhance remuneration model. Month 3: Data rollover and quality assurance. Month 4: Market data procurement and integration. Month 8: Completion of annual remuneration reviews. Month 10: Complex remuneration reviews in challenging environments. Month 11: Finalisation of documentation and audit records. Ongoing: Strategic advice, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. About You: You are a senior HR, remuneration, or financial analyst with a track record in global workforce analytics or total rewards. You combine technical expertise with the ability to deliver defensible, evidence-based remuneration advice in complex contexts. Essential skills and experience: Expertise in remuneration analysis, benchmarking, and strategy . Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel (including PowerQuery) . Strong data management, analysis, and validation skills. Background in HR, accounting, economics, or workforce analytics. Proven ability to deliver clear strategic recommendations to senior leadership. NV1 Security Clearance (minimum). Desirable: Experience in international HR, economic modelling, or remuneration consultancy. Familiarity with survey data, actuarial methods, or market benchmarking.
