The Role As the Human Resource Generalist, you will: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and induction Assist in drafting and reviewing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines Support employee relations and performance management initiatives Coordinate learning and development programs to build workforce capability Oversee Work Health and Safety requirements and promote a safe workplace culture Contribute to HR projects and initiatives Maintain HR resources and manage the HR inbox efficiently The Ideal Person You are an experienced HR generalist with a strong understanding of contemporary HR practices and WHS frameworks. Your approach is proactive, discreet, and sensitive, and you thrive when building productive relationships across teams and levels. You bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, initiative, and a commitment to high-quality HR service delivery. Experience within a government or Commonwealth agency, as well as an understanding of the High Court’s role and history, will set you apart.
