About the Role As a Partnerships Coach with Breakthru, you’ll work with participants to explore career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment. You’ll understand strengths and aspirations, offer tailored coaching, link to opportunities, and collaborate with employers to create pathways. You’ll also work with employers to understand their business needs and provide staffing solutions that fit, including delivering training and promoting inclusive hiring practices, keeping accurate records, and driving engagement through proactive networking. Key Responsibilities Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles. Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition. Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment. Broker work experience to develop participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility. Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training. Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion. Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities. Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider assisting people with disability to achieve career goals. Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks. Champion Breakthru’s values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
