We’re looking for a proactive HR Business Partner (internally titled Associate HRBP) to join a globally recognised creative tech organisation. This is an ideal role for someone with 3-5 years’ HRBP experience who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and building trusted relationships. You’ll work closely with the Senior HRBP on the ground in Sydney and partner with colleagues across the globe. This role offers the chance to contribute to strategic HR projects while getting hands-on experience in a fast-moving, inclusive studio environment. What You’ll Be Doing Partner with Senior HRBPs to support employee relations, engagement & HR projects Contribute to cultural initiatives like sentiment surveys, 360 feedback & Culture Lab events Support change management as the studio integrates into a broader global structure Provide guidance to managers & employees on policies, benefits & entitlements Run reports & track data in Workday to identify insights & trends Support WHS & immigration coordination (visa tracking, liaising with stakeholders) Help deliver smooth onboarding experiences for new starters each week What You’ll Bring 3–5 years’ HRBP experience (junior to mid-level) in fast-paced environments Strong relationship-building skills & a proactive, solutions-focused approach Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation & WHS Experience with HRIS (Workday ideal) & Google Suite Ability to adapt quickly, connect the dots & work both strategically & in detail Industry experience in studio, creative, tech, or entertainment is a plus Apply today - we can't wait to meet you!
