We’re seeking a Head of Talent Mobility to lead and scale our Talent Mobility business, reporting directly to our CEO and joining our Leadership Team. Are you a leader in international recruitment, mobility, or immigration who’s ready to shape the future of global workforce solutions? Responsibilities Deliver the 12-month business plan, budget, and growth targets for Talent Mobility & On-Hire Sponsorship. Build strategic international partnerships with governments and private sector to unlock new global talent pools. Drive operational excellence, implementing scalable SOPs, systems, and resource planning. Partner with our immigration team to design and deliver customised international workforce programs. Expand our On-Hire Sponsorship service, providing outsourced employment and visa sponsorship solutions for international employees. Represent TMA in industry forums and client engagements, shaping the future of workforce mobility. Qualifications We’re looking for someone with proven leadership experience in international recruitment, workforce mobility, or immigration, commercial acumen, and the ability to scale operations while driving business development.
