What You’ll Do As a Talent Partner, you’ll play an active role in the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting candidates and consultants across a wide spectrum of roles: Candidate Sourcing & Screening; Interview Coordination & Process Management; Stakeholder Communication; Recruitment Systems & Tools; Team & Culture Contribution. Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify top talent, review applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and assist in matching candidates to a range of roles - from high-volume campaigns to specialist senior placements. Interview Coordination & Process Management: Own candidate scheduling, database updates, and process tracking to keep recruitment campaigns running seamlessly. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate confidently with candidates, consultants, and hiring managers, building strong relationships across every interaction. Recruitment Systems & Tools: Work with ATS, CRM platforms, and digital sourcing tools to find, engage, and manage talent efficiently. Team & Culture Contribution: Participate in a highly collaborative, supportive team that values connection, integrity, and results.
