A rare opportunity exists for a Property Manager to join a high-performing team managing a premium office portfolio. This role is responsible for the day-to-day tenant and leasing management of commercial office assets, ensuring landlord obligations are met, tenants are well supported, and leasing opportunities are maximised. Working closely with senior property and asset managers, this position will play a key role in tenant relationship management, lease administration, and supporting leasing negotiations to optimise asset performance. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and proactive management of issues. Administer leases including rent reviews, options, renewals, and make good obligations. Support leasing initiatives including inspections, negotiations, and preparation of documentation. Assist with tenancy fit out coordination, approvals, and delivery in collaboration with facilities teams. Conduct regular property inspections and meetings with tenant representatives. Manage tenant communications and ensure requests are responded to promptly. Monitor arrears and support effective rent collection in line with landlord expectations. Assist with preparation of property reports, budgets, and financial updates. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, lease terms, and internal policies. Work with facilities and operations teams to maintain building standards and support sustainability commitments. About You 3–5 years’ experience in property management, preferably across CBD or A-Grade office assets. Strong knowledge of lease administration and tenant management. Experience with leasing negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews. High-level interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Competent in property management software (Yardi experience desirable).
