The Role This role offers hands on training for someone passionate about the industry to take on a property portfolio under the guidance of an incredible Head of Department. Duties include, but are not limited to Liaising with tenants and landlords Respond to all phone and email inquiries Routine Inspections - with support Exit condition reports Managing maintenance Arrears Management The Person The ideal person for the role will be eager to learn and passionate about a long-term career in real estate. Previous real estate experience (minimum 12 months) The role is open to applicants in reception, administration, leasing and assistant/junior property managers - with a passion for a career in Property Management Current Certificate of Registration or Certificate IV Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised Professional personal presentation.
