Benefits to working for this company: $90,000 laptop Work from home and on the road Flexibility with hours across Monday - Saturday Full hand over provided Work directly for the Landlord No accounts or new business What will you be doing in this role: This portfolio consists of residential properties and one commercial asset, with plans to grow to approximately 30 properties over the next 12 months. You will manage everything from leasing to vacates, with support for all accounting tasks. Your role is based from home and on the road inspecting the properties. Reporting to the Landlord to manage a small portfolio Manage leasing inspections and tenant selection Respond to tenant inquiry Ingoing and outgoing inspections Routines and preparing reports Arrears Maintenance and meeting trades at properties Project manage renovations Rent review and lease renewals NCAT attendance Manage filing, data entry and updates to the Landlord The right candidate will have: Strong knowledge of the NSW residential tenancies act 5 years experience managing a portfolio on your own Excellent relationship management skills A reliable car and drivers license Set up to work from home Flexibility to meet trades at 7:00am as required Ability to manage Saturday leasing inspections Highly organised To confidentially submit your CV please click apply or call 0450 668 223 to discuss the opportunity with Carlie at Recruit & Consult.
