The Role You’ll manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio of 80 properties, supported by a collaborative office environment. The portfolio is in excellent condition, with no tribunal cases in the past six years, allowing you to focus on relationships and service. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end management of a residential portfolio Arrears, lease renewals, inspections and maintenance coordination Accounts processing and compliance Building strong landlord and tenant relationships Assisting with office support as required The Person We’re open to considering: An experienced Property Manager looking for their next opportunity, or A Leasing Consultant/Property Officer who has had exposure to portfolio management (e.g., annual leave cover) and is ready to step up You’ll also need: Current COR (essential) Strong presentation and communication skills Car and driver’s licence A proactive and professional attitude The Perks Monday–Friday only Well-managed portfolio with no tribunal cases in 6 years Boutique team environment with strong reputation Salary package up to $140k depending on experience Apply NOW or get in touch for a confidential chat.
