The Role Manage a tidy portfolio of circa 160 properties Handle arrears, client communication, maintenance requests, lease renewals, and rent reviews Manage outgoing inspections, termination notices, and occasional tribunal hearings (rare) No ingoings or leasing required – so you can focus on building client relationships and running your portfolio The Person Previous experience in property management is essential Current Certificate of Registration or Licence Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act Excellent communication and organisational skills A positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset – culture fit is key Tech-savvy with experience using modern property management software The Perks Up to $100k Early finish Fridays at 3pm Fun, close-knit PM team with quarterly outings and events Ongoing training and development, including Stone webinars and yearly reviews Full support with admin and inspections so you can focus on client relationships Apply NOW or get in touch for a confidential chat.
