About the Role We want a candidate to jump on board who is self-motivated and has the ability to complete the following in a thorough and passionate manner: Answer incoming phone calls and close hot leads Attend and manage email inbox Allocate bookings, work orders, and tasks for technicians Organise materials, subcontractors, and services for work orders Submit council permits, insurances, and compliance documents Handle customer enquiries and requests Perform administrative duties We're seeking a candidate who can offer the following: Professional and adaptive phone manner Demonstrate a flexible and 'can-do' attitude Logistically astute (though google maps will be your best friend) Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems Customer conflict resolution Ability to multitask with attention to detail What's in it for you?
