We are seeking a Professional Experiences Coordinator to play a key role in supporting student placements within Education programs. This position ensures that work placements with education providers run smoothly and effectively, while fostering strong relationships with schools, agencies, and community partners. Based in Northern Sydney with excellent access to public transport, the role offers the chance to make a real impact on the learning journey of future teachers and early childhood educators. This is a full time, permanent position with travel to education providers across Sydney. As part of a Christian higher education provider, you will be expected to respect and support the organisation’s Christian ethos and values. The Role: Build and maintain partnerships with schools and early childhood providers. Coordinate and support student placements, ensuring compliance and a quality experience. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and placement sites to provide guidance and resolve queries. Conduct placement site visits, collect feedback, and support continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records, student paperwork, and placement systems. Contribute to policy and course review processes as required. The Ideal Candidate: Comfortable working in a Christian faith-based environment Teaching qualification (or equivalent experience), with experience in Primary, Secondary, or Early Childhood education is beneficial Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach. Technologically confident, with experience using student management or placement systems (e.g., InPlace) would be an advantage A team player who can problem-solve with sensitivity and confidentiality. WWCC, Police Check, and Driver’s Licence is essential What’s in it for you?
