PRIMARY DETAIL • Casual Opportunity: HEW Level 1 $41.43 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) • Open to current Macquarie Business School students only THE ROLE As a n MQBS Student Assistant , you will provide support and assistance across a range of Macquarie Business School events, workshops, seminars, outreach initiatives and administrative functions. To support this work , your tasks may range from : Assist ing with the setup/pack ing up of events, and associated logistics and delivery Provid ing support for online workshops and hybrid classes via Zoom and MS Teams, ensuring seamless interaction between in-person and online participants, managing technology and fostering engagement across both formats Provid ing general information/advice and assistance to students, parents and other stakeholders at events relating to studying at Macquarie Business School Participat ing in campus tours and guid ing participants around campus, provid ing support for interactive program activities and information sessions Providing support in event promotion Provid ing straightforward administr ative assistance for student experience activities including the collection of data and more complex administrati ve activities under supervision Participat ing in social media activities such as appearing in promotional videos and photographs , to promote the faculty After-hours and/or weekend work both on and off campus may be to support specific events and initiatives .
