Your Next (Short but Sweet) Assignment This is a 3-week temp role covering reception in a professional, open-plan office. You’ll be the first hello on the phone and in person and the person who keeps the flow going behind the scenes. The Details Dates: 11 September – 3 October 2025 Hours: Mon–Thurs, 4 hrs/day (either 9am–1pm or 10am–2pm) Location: Subiaco, no parking included Dress: Smart casual (no sneakers/jeans except possibly on Fridays) Clearances: NPC required (cost covered if you need to obtain) What You’ll Do Mainline master: Answer calls, transfer smoothly, take clear messages - keeping overflow to a minimum. Inbox & diary pro: Manage Outlook inboxes, forward enquiries, and book meetings without clashes. Client greeter: Welcome guests, coordinate meeting rooms, and serve refreshments. Office upkeep: Keep meeting rooms tidy, glasses in the dishwasher, chairs in place, tea/coffee/milk stocked. Admin backup: Upload docs to SharePoint, reformat CVs in Word, and assist the team as needed. What You Bring Reception or other client-facing admin experience. Confident with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and phone switchboard systems. Warm, friendly, and personable - but focused and mindful in an open-plan office.
