Skills And Experiences Your new role Client Relationship Management Senior Managers are driven by liaising and negotiating with creditors, debtors, and legal representatives to achieve the best possible outcome for the client. Senior Managers also identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s growth by leveraging client relationships. Financial Modelling and Analysis Our Senior Managers analyse and interrogate financial information, providing our clients with restructuring and strategic plans that preserve value and unlock opportunities. Senior Managers build and review financial models to assess business viability to shape and implement restructuring strategies. By undertaking detailed financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis our Senior Managers provide our clients with data-driven insights and recommendations. They have strong Excel skills and can extract and report on the nuances of financial information. Leadership Senior Managers actively lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to develop technical and business skills. They collaborate with the team to create and execute innovative responses to our clients’ challenges. By delegating tasks effectively, our Senior Managers foster an environment by leading with trust. Compliance and Governance Senior Managers ensure all work plans and recommendations comply with relevant laws, and professional standards. They identify and manage risks associated with insolvency and restructuring engagements whilst maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices. Our ideal candidate Various years’ experience in advisory, restructuring and insolvency. Business / accounting degree or equivalent. CA / CPA qualified. ARITA qualified or undertaking. An assertive communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Sound analytical and report writing skills. High self-awareness, empathy and EQ. Highly motivated, with a strong team orientation with leadership qualities.
