About the role: As the Head of Human Resources , you will be the key advisor to the leadership team, driving strategic and operational HR initiatives across the business. You will be responsible for: Advising Partners and senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and culture initiatives. Managing HR systems, policies, and reporting. Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and grow top legal talent. Leading performance management, career development frameworks, and succession planning Ensuring compliance with employment law and best-practice HR standards Championing employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion initiatives The ideal candidate: Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally gained within professional services or legal. Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach. A proactive mindset, with the ability to balance day-to-day HR operations with long-term planning.
