The opportunity As a Talent Business Partner, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment partnering with leaders and HR Business Partners to share the Scentre Group story and attract high-quality candidates. Day to day you will: Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver recruitment strategies and provide advice and support. Design and executing sourcing campaigns, including market mapping, targeted searches, talent communities, and employer brand initiatives. Build strong relationships with hiring managers. Create meaningful connections with candidates, ensuring their experience is positive and respectful, whatever the outcome. Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and best practice.
