The role We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Leadership Development professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of leadership development across our department. As Senior Partner Leadership Development , you’ll bring a blend of skills, from facilitating engaging leadership workshops to designing fit-for-purpose development programs that truly make an impact. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and People Partners to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and create tailored development opportunities that help our leaders thrive. Alongside facilitation and design, you’ll also contribute to a range of strategic projects. We’re entering an exciting phase where we’re defining and delivering the leadership strategy for the years ahead and you’ll be at the heart of it. Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership programs that drive measurable impact. Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teams. Skilled in facilitating workshops, coaching, and embedding leadership development solutions. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. What is an essential requirement: Tertiary qualifications in leadership, management or organisational psychology, organisational development, learning and development, adult education, and/or equivalent experience.
