Internal expression of interest Temporary (until 27 Feb 2026) Full-time (35 hours per week) Office location – Parramatta; with occasional working in Sydney CBD Clerk Grade 11/12 – salary ranges from $149,739 - $173,174 plus super The Manager Group Governance is a new role which will help ensure appropriate executive governance arrangements are in place in ECCS to oversee the range of complex and high-profile policy and programs being delivered across the group. About The Role This role will help establish more structured and strategic group governance arrangements, in addition to supporting appropriate strategic budget planning, group risk management, and stakeholder engagement frameworks. The position will report to the Executive Manager, Strategic Coordination and manage a small team. ECCS has recently realigned our structure including establishing a new Strategic Coordination Unit. This is to ensure we can effectively deliver on government priorities, achieve greater mobility and flexibility, and enhance accountability and efficiency across all divisions. Initially, this position will help identify and develop governance approaches and processes building on existing work, in addition to taking on responsibilities for existing processes including budget management and risk management. The position will lead the consideration of a stakeholder engagement framework across ECCS including pending executive decisions and the implementation of an agreed approach. About You The role is ideal for someone with strategic governance experience and excellent stakeholder engagement and organizational skills. It will require group-wide leadership, and the ability to work independently.
