Scheduler – Trades & Field Crews | Merrylands We’re seeking an organised Scheduler to manage daily scheduling for trades and subcontractors across multiple projects. You’ll be responsible for allocating crews, booking jobs, arranging site access, and ensuring work is completed on time and to standard. Key responsibilities: Plan and allocate daily/weekly schedules for trades and subcontractors Issue work orders and confirm site access. Monitor live jobs and re-prioritise schedules. Communicate ETAs and updates with customers and site teams Close out jobs accurately with notes, photos, and timesheets What you’ll bring: Previous scheduling/coordination experience in trades or related field services Calm and organised approach in a fast-paced environment Excellent phone manner, clear communication, and attention to detail Highly organised, with good time management skills.
