The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Housing Services Administrator to join a supportive, values-driven team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to housing operations, tenancy services, and property management functions—ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day processes and a positive experience for tenants and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Assist with tenancy processes including applications, lease preparation, and document compliance. Maintain accurate property and tenant records, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal processes. Support tenant communications via phone, email, and in-person, escalating issues where appropriate. Coordinate maintenance requests, liaising with contractors, trades, and housing staff. Assist with inspections, condition reports, complaints, and feedback management. Contribute to community engagement and property marketing initiatives. Provide flexible administrative support across housing and tenancy services as required. About You We’re seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and cares about the impact of their work on others. The ideal candidate will bring: Experience in administration, tenancy, housing, or property management. Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of housing/tenancy systems advantageous. A current driver’s licence; Police Check and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain). Certificate IV in Social Housing or relevant qualification (desirable).
