This vital role will provide administrative and operational support across our clients' network of branches located in Townsville, contributing directly to the smooth day-to-day functioning of their business. Tasks and Responsibilities Deliver general administrative assistance to the Group Services team Perform accurate data entry and maintain organised records and documentation Assist in scheduling, reporting, and daily operational coordination Provide responsive support to site and branch managers Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders Work across multiple sites when required, adapting to operational needs Skills and Experience Proven experience in administration or office support roles Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills Comfortable working independently and within a team Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to travel across local branch sites as needed Experience in the Timber and Hardware industry is advantageous, but not essential Benefits and Perks Part time position - flexibility of hours (20 hours per week) Competitive remuneration - pay negotiable based on experience A supportive and inclusive team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Exposure to different business areas, offering variety in your work.
