Introduction As a Business Development Manager in the Motor Dealership Finance team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining profitable business relationships across our Dealership Finance products across QLD & Regional NSW. You will act as a business mentor to your network of dealerships and proactively support to help them build their networks and help them increase their finance penetration/income per retail unit sold. You will: Provide a delightful experience to Dealerships and their customers Proactively manage a sales funnel and follow up sales leads and opportunities to completion. Provide exceptional servicing support to Dealerships in relation to new loan enquiries, applications or existing loans. From time to time, support broader business initiatives to improve business performance, efficiencies and customer satisfaction. Description About you: Demonstrated excellence in business development and relationship management with proven experience in the Dealership space. You will have a well-rounded understanding of both retail and wholesale credit. Strong interpersonal and communication skills backed by a history of providing memorable service and advice. An ability to work in a demanding, high intensity environment while maintaining outstanding customer service levels Work both independently and as a part of a team. Thorough understanding of consumer lending legislation. Current and full driver's licence.
