THE POSITION We’re currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer to join our Gold Coast based Client Financials Team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the end-to-end accounts payable process with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: Processing urgent invoices for timely payment Overseeing the accounts payable entry process and resolving any issues Administering payments in accordance with company policies and supplier terms Ensuring strict compliance with internal controls Maintaining strong client relationships through clear and professional communication Managing client term deposit rollovers Providing financial information and support to management as required ABOUT YOU We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds - whether you’re an experienced Accounts Payable professional or have some finance admin experience and are eager to learn more. Experience in the strata management or body corporate industry will be highly regarded.
