About the Opportunity Our client is a long-standing and reputable private college dedicated to providing an encouraging, nurturing, and supportive learning environment that promotes academic excellence. They are currently seeking a confident and capable Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a short-term contract, assisting with increased volume and staff leave coverage. This role will join their close-knit finance team and support catch-up work in the AR function. There is flexibility to join on either a full-time or part-time basis. Key Responsibilities Manage receipting and respond to inquiries Monitor and action outstanding debts through follow-up calls and emails Process refunds for credit accounts, including confirming details Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system Collaborate with the AR Officer to share and divide responsibilities as appropriate Assist with billing, reconciliation, and reporting as required About You You are immediately available and bring at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable, coupled with strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. You are proficient in accounting software, with TASS experience considered a bonus. You are ready to commit to onsite work and open to a short-term contract of approximately four weeks.
