About the Role We are seeking a motivated and reliable Administration & Accounts Assistant to join our team. This role offers the chance to work across multiple areas including sales support, customer service, general administration, and accounts payable providing variety and a dynamic work environment. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused individual with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across admin, sales and accounts teams Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner Assist with data entry, sales orders, and quotes Support accounts payable functions including invoice processing Maintain accurate records and documentation Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient and seamless workflow across business operations General office duties as required About You Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or accounts support role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Confident phone manner and customer-first mindset Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to take on new tasks and support the team where needed Why Join Us?
