Duties Oversee financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, cashflow, and audits Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, accounting standards, and risk management Drive process improvements, digital transformation, and optimise financial systems Provide analysis on business performance, profitability, ROI, and cost optimisation Prepare and present reports and insights to board and senior leadership Partner with senior leadership on commercial strategy and investment decisions Lead, coach, and develop finance team building accountability and improvement culture Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Skills & experience Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Economics Professional qualification (CA, CPA, CFA, or CMA) Strong leadership experience in senior finance roles Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, compliance, and reporting Experience with ERP/financial systems and digital transformation Excellent communication skills with ability to present to boards and non-financial stakeholders Proactive, strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen Ability to influence, guide, and partner with executive leadership Culture People enjoy working in this team because they value collaboration and innovation in a supportive environment.
