We are looking for a People & Impact Intern to join our dynamic team in Sydney’s CBD. About Us: We are a growing data consulting start-up with a small, energetic team. What You’ll Do: As a People & Impact Intern, you’ll support the team across key areas: Recruitment Support: Review and upload CVs, maintain the CRM, and assist in sourcing candidates in the Data & Analytics space. Candidate Engagement: Speak with prospective candidates, understand their skills and career goals, and help organize interviews. Onboarding Assistance: Prepare onboarding documents and welcome materials to ensure smooth new hire inductions. HR Administration & Engagement: Maintain employee records, assist in HR reporting, and support internal events to foster a positive workplace culture. Learning Opportunities: Mentorship from senior team members. Potential certifications with modern data stack partners (Snowflake, Data bricks, etc.). Hands-on exposure to HR processes and recruitment in a start-up environment. What We’re Looking For: Education: Final-year student in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. Soft Skills: Confident, talkative, driven, and comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Word and Excel (formulas/macros a plus). Personality: Tenacious, eager to learn, and adaptable. Internship Details: Duration: 3 months (short-term to start, with potential for long-term/permanent role). Days & Hours: Tuesday or Wednesday Thursday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (2 days/week). Remuneration: Unpaid (some expenses covered as needed). Location: Sydney CBD. Eligibility: Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
