Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders, you’ll design, deliver, and continuously improve programs that align with Suncorp’s talent & leadership strategy. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional passionate about talent and leadership development and creating meaningful learning experiences and pathways for our people. What You’ll Do Partner with vendors to ensure leadership programs align with Suncorp’s strategy, managing schedules, communications, and reporting metrics. Design and deliver engaging and professional leadership learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and a variety of instructional techniques. Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance participation, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate on the development of Suncorp’s talent and leadership strategy and provide insights on emerging trends.
