Mid to Senior Level Archicad Technician/Architect Type: Fixed Term Contract Location: Cremorne Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Super We are seeking a talented and experienced Archicad Technician or Architect to join a local design studio (Cremorne) for an immediate fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial projects, specifically in health facilities, and be proficient in construction documentation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage construction documentation for a health facility project (4-storey project). Collaborate with project teams to ensure design and technical standards are met. Assist in resolving design and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. Coordination within internal and external teams. Qualifications: Mid to senior-level experience in Archicad. Proven experience in commercial projects, particularly health facilities. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
