Essential Skills & Experience Required: Master of Architecture qualification 5 years’ postgraduate experience Strong ArchiCAD proficiency Involvement on residential, hotel projects ($70M-$120M range) Technical knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, BCA Outstanding communication skills – visual, verbal and written All-round skills are highly sought, in addition to an advanced command of ArchiCAD and recent exposure to quality apartments or similar larger scale projects. Responsibilities will be broadly based but you’ll be involved in early sketch design stages, the preparation of planning application submissions, site and context analysis through to construction documentation and delivery. You’ll be liaising with clients and stakeholders and coordinating with consultants, Council and authorities.
