Cloud Architect – Melbourne We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Cloud Architect to design and deliver innovative, scalable, and secure cloud solutions. This role requires full Australian working rights and Melbourne-based candidates only. What You’ll Do Architect, design, and deliver enterprise cloud solutions with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure in a multi-cloud environment (AWS desirable). Lead cloud migration, hybrid cloud, and microservices architecture initiatives. Translate complex business needs into effective, well-documented cloud architectures (diagrams, roadmaps, solution briefs). Apply best practices in networking, security, governance, and cloud security. Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep) and CI/CD pipelines, leveraging DevOps/Platform Engineering principles. Work closely with cross-functional teams, influencing and managing senior stakeholders in complex environments. What You’ll Bring 7 years’ experience in cloud infrastructure architecture. Proven track record as a Cloud or Solutions Architect. Strong Azure expertise; AWS experience highly regarded. Deep understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS , cloud governance, and security frameworks (CAF, WAF). Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert ). Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
