Site Manager – Townhouse Project | Gold Coast Location: Gold Coast (Onsite) at Carrara Salary: Open / Negotiable based on experience Reports to: Project Manager & Director Role Details: Project Duration: 2 years Responsibilities: Full site supervision, subcontractor management, delivery of Rec Club, safety/compliance, program control About the Company: Our client is a leading integrated property solutions provider in South-East Queensland, known for combining a builder’s mindset with a developer’s vision. Established in 1993, they offer expertise across development, construction, sales, and property management, delivering high-quality projects with a focus on innovation and excellence. The Role: They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a 59-townhouse development along with a recreational club and pool communal space on the Gold Coast. The project is moving into the build phase with high-end finishes throughout. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day construction and site activities Lead subcontractors and trades to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Oversee the construction of the Rec Club in addition to townhouse packages Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and company directors Maintain site safety, compliance, and efficiency About You: Proven Site Management experience in townhouse or multi-residential projects Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar software Ability to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient construction site If you are a motivated Site Manager looking for your next challenge on a high-profile multi-residential project, we’d love to hear from you.
