Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage the structural phase of a multi-townhouse development. This key role will oversee all structural works up to roof installation, ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress across the site. Key Responsibilities: Supervise structural construction activities on-site Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades Maintain quality assurance and safety compliance Monitor and drive program milestones to meet deadlines About You: Proven experience in townhouse or multi-residential structural supervision Strong background in managing structural builds up to roof stage Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar software Excellent leadership and communication skills Role Details: Reports to Site Manager and Project Manager Location: Gold Coast (onsite) Salary: Open and negotiable If you have the expertise to lead structural works on a high-quality residential project and want to work with a respected property group, we’d love to hear from you.
