Established in the 90's, they deliver expert development, construction, sales, and property management services across the region. Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to oversee external and internal finishes on a multi-townhouse project. You will manage subcontractors, ensure quality and compliance, and drive the project to practical completion. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all external and internal finishes through to practical completion, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the finishing stages. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, keeping the workflow smooth and deadlines on track. Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance, making sure all finishes meet required standards. Monitor program timelines, collaborating with the team to meet key project milestones. About You: Proven experience supervising finishes on townhouse or multi-residential projects, with a strong eye for detail. Excellent organizational and communication skills, essential for effective subcontractor management. Proficient in construction software, enabling accurate tracking of progress and compliance. Ability to collaborate closely with Site and Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
