Description Oversee daily finance and accounting for major capital projects and studies Ensure project accounting tasks meet SLAs and quality standards Raise purchase requisitions and process invoices in ERP Coordinate vendor recoveries with project teams Monitor supplier payments and contribute to group performance targets Perform monthly close activities including journals and accruals Create and maintain project WBS structures in ERP Manage project cost closeouts and resolve open commitments Prepare monthly reports, variance analysis, and reconciliation between systems Collaborate with stakeholders across project, site, audit, and compliance teams Support issue resolution and process improvement Learn and apply standard processes and controls for capital projects Profile A successful Project Accountant should have: A degree or qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in Project or Cost Accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. SAP highly desirable Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
