Your New Role: Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead a skilled finance team across both Perth and the Philippines. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting across multiple legal entities. You will play a key role in driving strategic decision-making by providing high-quality financial insights, implementing process improvements, and managing operational efficiency. As well as this, you will be responsible for: Financial Reporting & Control Leading and managing the month-end close process across all entities. Preparing and presenting monthly financial reports with variance analysis and commentary. Conducting monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Delivering accurate project reporting, KPI analysis, and ad hoc financial insights. Budget, Tax & Compliance Coordinating annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Managing expense controls, supplier arrangements, and corporate credit facilities. Ensuring statutory compliance, including support for tax and FBT returns. Treasury & Cash Flow Management Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly cash positions. Overseeing banking activities, reconciliations, and inter-entity transfers. Managing loan facilities, debt schedules, and covenant reporting. Finance Operations & Leadership Managing relationships with outsourced payroll providers. Establishing and optimising offshore finance capabilities in the Philippines. Leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating with senior stakeholders to align finance objectives with organisational strategy. Your Profile: You are a CA or CPA-qualified finance professional with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. You have at least five years’ experience in a senior accounting or management role, ideally within a multi-entity environment. You combine strong technical expertise with the ability to lead teams and influence senior decision-makers. To succeed in this role, you will also have: Proven experience in budgeting, management reporting, and compliance. Advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills. Strong systems knowledge, including financial software and advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
