About the role This is a dynamic and people-focused admin role within our At Home Aged Care Workforce team. As the first point of contact for staff queries, you’ll manage leave records, track feedback, and support onboarding and interview coordination. If you have experience in aged care or a strong background in customer service, enjoy staying organised, and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude—this could be the perfect fit. With tailored working hours (8am–4pm or 9am–5pm), this role offers a great opportunity to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations. Key responsibilities: Being the go-to admin support for the Workforce team Managing staff leave records and tracking feedback Responding to queries from care staff and supporting their daily needs Assisting with onboarding, inductions, and interview coordination Keeping our systems (especially Carelink) up to date and accurate About you Strong computer literacy across Outlook, Word, and Excel, with accurate data entry skills Proven ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Experienced in aged care or customer service settings Experience with Carelink is an advantage, but not essential Confident in handling staff queries, managing leave records, and supporting onboarding and interviews Warm, approachable, and team-oriented, with a consistently positive attitude Completion of a National Criminal Records Check Why VMCH?
