The Opportunity As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient management and administration of various contracts, ensuring smooth communication and compliance from contract start to finish. The Responsibilities Responsible for the overall management of the company's contract documents, which include but are not limited to purchase contracts, sales contracts, service contracts, and various agreements signed with suppliers and customers. Prepare contracts on the behalf of the company and strictly review all the terms within the contracts, including but not limited to price terms, delivery period terms, quality terms, and liability for breach of contract terms and so on, to avoid ambiguous or potentially controversial expressions. Communicate and coordinate closely with multiple internal departments of the company to ensure the smooth execution of the contracts. Organize relevant departments to conduct negotiations and evaluations to draft the contract amendment agreement to ensure that the execution of the contract. Establish a contract management ledger, record in detail the basic information, execution progress, fulfillment status, and existing problems of each contract. Regularly analyze and evaluate the contract execution situation, and promptly identify potential risks and problems. Maintain close cooperation with all stakeholders. Experiences & Skills Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in contract administration. Strong understanding of procurement processes, subcontractor management, and cost reporting. Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. Confident communicator, both in the office and on-site. Strong negotiation and organization ability.
