What you'll be doing This fast-food franchise owns and operates a significant portfolio of restaurants across NSW, Victoria, and the ACT. Going through a rapid growth phase with the goal of doubling the business by 2028, the HR Administrator is a vital support role within the People & Culture team, contributing to the smooth and efficient onboarding of new team members and the maintenance of accurate and compliant employee data. Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: Experience in restaurant operations or a similar fast-paced service environment is highly valued. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Capable of working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline is highly desirable. Previous experience in P&C administration or a similar support role.
