Your Opportunity As a Senior Facilities Services Officer, you will: Participate in projects involving infrastructure, planning, and asset management business activities, systems, policies, and programs. Provide expert advice to stakeholders, managers, and project teams on infrastructure and portfolio management matters. Key Responsibilities Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation to support business improvements and best practice in infrastructure, planning, and asset management programs. Work in teams to develop innovative and practical solutions aligned with recognised industry standards. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support consistent processes and best practice approaches. Provide high-level advice and services to a broad range of stakeholders, focusing on client-centric facilities solutions. Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of programs, policies, and procedures. Prepare responses, reports, submissions, and briefing materials. Manage operational activities within a team, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met. Undertake additional team-specific activities as required.
