With a strong track record of delivering successful projects, creating legacy communities, the business is now seeking an experienced and commercially astute Acquisitions Professional to support the strategic sourcing and securing of new land development opportunities across SEQ and Northern NSW. About the Role Working in close partnership with Executive Leadership, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new land sites — with a particular focus on off-market opportunities. This hands-on position involves vendor engagement, deal negotiation, financial feasibility, and end-to-end due diligence, with the autonomy to lead transactions from origination through to acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new land opportunities, with a focus on SEQ Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and consultants Conduct site evaluations and feasibility assessments Present commercial recommendations and financial justifications to ownership Manage the negotiation process through to successful acquisition About You You are a results-driven professional with a proven track record in land acquisition. Your understanding of the South East Queensland market, combined with strong industry relationships and commercial insight, positions you to make immediate impact. Experience with a private developer is preferred, though candidates with a demonstrated history of deal execution within a corporate or listed environment will also be considered.
