About the Company Our client is a fast-growing boutique financial services firm, known for delivering tailored advice and long-term value to its clients. A newly created opportunity has opened for an Administrator to play a critical role in supporting the accounting team and managing key day-to-day administration tasks. Working closely with a senior SMSF accountant, your responsibilities will range from client onboarding and document coordination to invoice processing and database management. About the role Your key duties will include: Providing general administrative support across the accounting team (filing, data entry, document prep) Managing inboxes and coordinating key communications with clients Preparing client invoices and processing payments Assisting with onboarding SMSF clients: sending engagement letters, managing ABN and compliance documentation, setting up invoicing Maintaining accurate client records and supporting internal audit preparation Assisting the Accounting Manager with scheduling and client meeting coordination Working cross-functionally with the Financial Planning team to ensure tasks and work-flows are delivered on time About You 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role within public practice or financial services; experience with SMSF workflows is highly desirable Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first approach Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Xero and Xero Practice Manager; experience with BGL360 and CAS360 is highly regarded but not essential Excellent attention to detail and a process-focused mindset Able to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team Benefits Join a modern, progressive firm that values both performance and culture.
