We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Contracts professional to support a small team. You will enhance procurement and contract management processes, improve compliance, and develop practical resources and training for staff. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain procurement, contract, and invoice registers, templates, and how-to guides. Reset records management processes to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. Implement compliance reporting, quality assurance activities, and internal audit recommendations. Create training materials to support staff in contract preparation, approvals, and management. Collaborate with stakeholders to embed sustainable procurement practices. Ensure compliance with PGPA Act, Commonwealth Procurement Rules, and relevant policies. Essential Requirements: Proven experience in procurement, contract, and vendor management in the Australian Government context. Strong knowledge of legislative, policy, and risk frameworks. Ability to work independently, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
