The Impact You Will Have in This Role Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in enabling the CEO and executive team to deliver on strategic priorities and drive positive social impact. This is a dynamic role that goes beyond traditional EA duties. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, manage key relationships, support governance processes and champion tools and systems that make the organisation run smarter. Key Responsibilities Partner with the CEO to manage their schedule, inbox, and priorities, enabling a clear focus on strategic outcomes and stakeholder engagement Prepare high-quality meeting materials, presentations, reports, and briefings Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, agendas, papers, minutes and governance compliance requirements Organise travel, events, and executive meetings for the CEO and leadership team Champion modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, AI tools, Salesforce CRM) to improve efficiency and collaboration Manage operational functions, including WHS protocols, office systems, and onboarding processes for new staff Skills and Experience You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a self-starter with strong people skills, a sharp eye for detail and the ability to stay organised while supporting a diverse team.
