We are seeking a highly organised and people-focused Student Services Coordinator to join a dedicated Student Services team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is pivotal in supporting students throughout their academic journey from enrolment through to graduation ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and supportive. As the Student Services Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for students, providing personalised administrative support and guidance. You’ll manage a variety of student lifecycle processes, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with higher education regulations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and procedures. You’ll work closely with students, staff, and external stakeholders, playing an integral role in enhancing the student experience. The role: Delivering high-quality, student-focused administration services across enrolment, timetabling, course changes, leave requests, grievances, and graduation. Coordinating and supporting student events such as Orientation Week and Graduation ceremonies. Managing and maintaining accurate student records in line with compliance requirements (e.g., TEQSA, ESOS, PRISMS). Responding to student enquiries via helpdesk, email, phone, and in person, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Preparing reports and submissions for government and regulatory bodies. Maintaining knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower student self-service. The Ideal Candidate: Will have familiarity with Christian practices, with a preference for candidates from a Christian background Experience in an academic administrative role or student services is highly desirable 3–5 years in administration and/or customer service. Working with Children Check and Police Check will be required Organised and detail-oriented Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems (experience with Paradigm or Moodle is a plus).
