MAIN DUTIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Diary and email Management for Executives Co-ordinate meetings, agendas and minute taking Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders Produce and update PowerPoint presentations for client presentations and internal purposes. Development and implementation of policies and procedures where applicable Travel Arrangements Support as required to assist with running the day-to-day office. KEY RELATIONSHIPS: PBC Senior Leadership team PBC Support team SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Degree, diploma, certificate, or appropriate work experience in related discipline (office management, business administration, computing or similar) Minimum of 2 years in an administration support role Capacity to develop and manage client relationships at various levels Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to prioritise tasks and strong attention to detail High level of initiative and ability to work within a team Flexible and proactive approach to work
